As an ESG Analyst, you will collect, validate, and analyze ESG data, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with environmental regulations while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Deliver and support infrastructure services for a Practice Information Management System rollout across clinics and hospitals. Design and implement Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, AVD, SharePoint/OneDrive, AD/Group Policy solutions; ensure endpoint and application deployment readiness, printing and clinic infrastructure setup, testing, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders and vendors during rollout and post-deployment support.

Provide nursing support for dermatology patients in a specialist referral centre: assist with consultations and procedures (intradermal testing, ear flushes, biopsies, laser, MRI/CT, BAER), perform clinical nursing tasks (venipuncture, injections, suturing, supervised drug calculations), communicate with clients and referrers, and contribute to smooth daily workflow across two clinic sites.

Provide front-desk support at MVSC Glen Waverley and Essendon Fields: welcome clients and vets, manage phones and appointment scheduling, handle emails and payments, maintain accurate records, and perform general reception and administrative duties including occasional Saturday shifts.

Provide remote telephone triage, pet health advice, appointment bookings and customer support for Greencross clinics. Manage enquiries, support pet health reminders, follow procedures, and deliver excellent client experiences while working independently within a remote vet nurse team.

Part-time (30-35 hrs/wk) receptionist at a busy small-animal clinic. Greet clients, answer phones, book appointments, process payments, manage correspondence, prepare admission paperwork, assist with triage (training provided), prepare estimates, and support daily clinic operations and the veterinary team.

The ECC Head Nurse manages a team of Emergency Vet Nurses, supports emergency vet teams, and oversees nursing tasks including emergency care and minor procedures.

Provide rapid triage, monitoring and advanced nursing care for emergency and critically ill veterinary patients. Administer blood products, CRIs, analgesia, emergency drugs, and assist with CPR, intubation, thoracocentesis, central lines and mechanical ventilation. Manage emergency admissions, stabilization, records, and coordinate care with veterinarians and specialists while maintaining high clinical standards and contributing to a collaborative learning culture.

Serve as first point of contact for clients and pets, manage a busy multi-line switchboard, triage emergency enquiries, coordinate appointments, maintain client records, process payments, liaise with clinical staff, keep reception welcoming and organized, and support general administrative tasks across varied shifts.

Provide critical nursing care to ill and injured patients, collaborate with veterinary specialists, and train emergency nurses in the Critical Care Unit.
