Support advice governance by collecting and analysing governance, risk and compliance data; preparing reports and dashboards; engaging stakeholders; assisting onboarding, monitoring and due diligence; supporting governance reporting and committees; driving process improvements and managing operational risk matters.

Lead development and oversight of governance frameworks for FAR and APRA CPS 511, remuneration, accountability and performance management. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and senior leaders to deliver regulatory compliance, audits, Board reporting, consequence management, KPI setting, performance calibration and ownership of Workday performance cycle structure and annual processes.

Lead major incident responses and coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly. Drive root-cause analysis, manage problem records, implement corrective actions, and improve Incident and Problem Management processes, reporting, and training to enhance service reliability.

Support and analyse risk and compliance data, extract insights from risk systems (including Protecht), prepare Board/committee reports and dashboards, partner with stakeholders to validate information, assist monitoring and compliance reviews, and contribute to improvements in risk data quality, processes and the risk and compliance framework.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects across HUB24, managing plans, governance, budgets, risks, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Drive platform migrations and transformation, report to executives, mentor junior staff, and contribute to continual improvement of project delivery capability.

Support planning and execution of client and partner events from logistics and stakeholder coordination through onsite delivery. Manage budgets, suppliers, event administration, and contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions and brand communications to deliver exceptional experiences across multiple brands.

Design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP) using Terraform. Build and manage reusable modules, CI/CD pipelines, state management and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot deployments, maintain documentation and participate in incident response and occasional after-hours deployments.

Embed security-by-design across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and APIs. Design and implement secure pipelines, automate security testing and monitoring, enforce IAM and API security, support compliance and audits, and advise engineering teams on security controls in a regulated financial environment.

Design and lead end-to-end secure, scalable cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP) using microservices, API-first and event-driven patterns. Produce architecture artefacts, ensure compliance/security in financial services, support agile delivery, and contribute to data, analytics and responsible AI design and enterprise guardrails.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations through CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, sanctions/PEP/adverse media investigations, transaction monitoring, SMR preparation, periodic KYC remediation, AML system recordkeeping, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen AML/CTF controls.

Ensure Class software complies with Australian tax, superannuation and ATO requirements. Monitor legislative changes, manage compliance calendars, support product requirements and QA, resolve Level 2/3 client escalations, perform legal/tax research, deliver training, manage SuperStream processes, conduct data analysis and automation using SQL/APIs, and contribute to regulatory submissions and industry benchmarking.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations by performing CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, investigating sanctions/PEP/adverse media and transaction alerts, preparing SMRs, conducting periodic KYC reviews, maintaining AML case records, producing risk reporting, and supporting quality assurance and process improvements.

Perform cash and investment reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, pricing validation and asset migrations. Manage SuperStream, tax components, FX conversions, and failed trade investigations. Support process improvements, data analysis in Excel, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Support the Data Products team to define and deliver data-driven products and an intelligence layer. Collaborate with engineering, data and commercial teams to shape roadmap, drive discovery, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable data solutions that create customer and business value.

Design, deliver and support REST API integrations, manage API lifecycle and gateways, onboard partners, ensure security and compliance, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce developer documentation to enable scalable integration solutions.

Embed security across the SDLC by automating security controls in CI/CD, implementing SAST/DAST/SCA and container scans, hardening cloud IaC, performing threat modelling and vulnerability management, supporting incident response, and improving monitoring, IAM, secrets management, and compliance.

Design, build, automate, and operate secure, scalable cloud networking across AWS (with alignment to GCP and NSX). Develop reusable Terraform modules, drive best practices, collaborate with DevOps and security teams, provide technical leadership and mentorship, own operational support and incident escalation, and maintain architecture and process documentation.

Lead integration of client portfolio data into the Portfolio Accounting System (PAS), ensuring data governance, transformation logic, validations, reconciliations and issue triage. Collaborate with Product, Operations, SMEs, QA and customers to define requirements, perform UAT, troubleshoot data mapping issues, and maintain compliance and secure data handling.

Lead end-to-end delivery of HUB24's AML/CTF reform program: create and manage implementation roadmap, translate legislation into policies/processes, drive system and governance changes, coordinate business readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as first point of contact for clients and advisers via phone, email and live chat; manage client onboarding and welcome communications; resolve queries efficiently; support advisers and dealer groups with administration; draft clear client communications; take ownership of service tasks and drive continuous improvement.
