Support trustee investment governance for superannuation funds by maintaining governance artifacts, managing compliance activities, supporting committee and Board processes, overseeing investment approvals, monitoring performance and risks, and coordinating regulatory and APRA engagements. Conduct analysis for strategy reviews, stress testing, liquidity and valuation governance, and track incidents, remediation and assurance outcomes.

Provides product administration support within a financial services environment. Responsibilities include handling client enquiries and account maintenance, resolving operational issues, reconstructing cost-base data for tax reporting, processing fees, supporting tax and compliance activities, managing account closures, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also analyzes discrepancies, protects data integrity, supports regulatory obligations, and contributes to process improvement.

Produce architecture artefacts, ensure compliance/security in financial services, support agile delivery, and contribute to data, analytics and responsible AI design and enterprise guardrails.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations by performing CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, investigating sanctions/PEP/adverse media and transaction alerts, preparing SMRs, conducting periodic KYC reviews, maintaining AML case records, producing risk reporting, and supporting quality assurance and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of HUB24's AML/CTF reform program: create and manage implementation roadmap, translate legislation into policies/processes, drive system and governance changes, coordinate business readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide technical support for HUB24's APIs and integrations: troubleshoot API requests/responses, onboard partners, assist integration delivery, improve documentation, and drive API adoption while collaborating with Product and Engineering.
