Provide first-line support for Hudl customers across APAC and globally: answer calls and emails, troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems, advocate customer needs to product teams, and support users during peak times including some weekends.

Manage a high-volume pipeline selling Hudl to community AFL and Rugby League clubs across Australia. Run outbound outreach, demo product, handle full sales cycle, onboard and support hundreds of clubs, travel regularly to meet customers, and close deals to drive adoption in grassroots sports.
