Own APAC field marketing strategy and execution across account-based marketing, events, demand generation, regional content, public relations, channel programs, and customer advocacy. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and external vendors to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, increase adoption, and support revenue growth. Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, optimize ROI, and report on qualified sales opportunities while coordinating regional and global priorities.

Lead APAC Customer Success to drive retention, adoption, and advocacy. Build and scale a regional CS team, define processes and KPIs (NRR, GRR, CSAT), use analytics and health scoring to reduce churn, manage escalations, partner with Sales/PS/Product, oversee budget and forecasting, and mentor Customer Success Managers to deliver measurable customer value.
