Lead operations across multiple depots to ensure customer service, fleet availability, SOP compliance and KPI performance. Coach Operations Supervisors, collaborate with central teams (Ops, Finance, HR), implement process improvements, and support depot-level execution including driving campervans and weekend coverage as needed.

The Mechanical Leader will manage a workshop team, oversee campervan repairs, handle inventory of spare parts, maintain budget control, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The Area Manager will oversee operations of multiple depots, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with SOPs, financial management, and team leadership, while traveling frequently for hands-on oversight.
