Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS/ERP customers by strengthening relationships, driving renewals, executing upsells/cross-sells, creating strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to reduce churn and support long-term account growth.

Manage structured client onboarding to drive early adoption and measurable value. Set expectations and milestones, educate users, monitor progress using data, maintain clear communication, solve engagement and change-resistance issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with content teams to prioritize training resources.
