Deliver psychosocial risk consulting: facilitate focus groups and interviews, manage stakeholders, write reports for executives/regulators, handle sensitive conversations, build psychological safety, and coordinate projects across dispersed sites.

Provide remote financial coaching to individuals: teach budgeting, cash-flow management, emergency planning, and long-term goal setting via text and video; track client progress, create educational content, and stay current on financial literacy strategies.

Provide 1:1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for clients with depression, anxiety, trauma; deliver CISP; run webinars/seminars; collaborate with internal clinical team to improve programs.

Provide personalized nutrition counseling via video and text, create educational content and tailored programs, build trusting client relationships, and keep guidance evidence-based and up-to-date.
