Serve as the primary account owner and trusted advisor, conduct strategic business reviews, resolve escalations, advocate for customer needs internally, and develop success plans that demonstrate product value.

Engage law firms and in-house legal teams as a trusted advisor for Ivo’s AI contract products. Lead tailored product demonstrations, sales and onboarding calls, webinars, and events; implement customer playbooks; guide workflow adoption; collaborate with engineers and designers to improve product outputs and user experience; and synthesize customer feedback for sales and product teams.
