In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are pleased to recognize Katie Keese, director of audiology for Jabra Hearing. Katie is an exceptional leader who inspires her team to achieve great things while also providing compassionate care to customers. Katie oversees a team of 33 audiologists and hearing aid dispensers licensed across the United States. As the leading clinical voice for the company, she ensures all projects and initiatives maintain high-quality care standards and support positive outcomes for customers. Practically, she is responsible for the quality and availability of telehealth services and clinical strategic direction, and represents Jabra Hearing in the media and at professional association conventions.

Katie’s passion for audiology, expanding access to affordable hearing healthcare and her commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on Jabra Hearing and its customers. Under her leadership, our hearing care team has achieved remarkable results, including remarkable patient outcomes paired with high satisfaction, strong employee engagement and excellent collaboration across departments.

How have you seen this woman inspire you or others on your team to do more?

Katie has worked tirelessly to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. She is a role model for hearing care professionals and an inspiration to all who know her.
