Leads JB Business sales teams across NSW, driving revenue, profitability, market growth, customer retention, and strategic account development. Responsibilities include sales planning, forecasting, pipeline and KPI management, commercial negotiations, customer issue escalation, performance reporting, recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and succession planning. The role partners with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and achieve state-level commercial objectives.

Leads the NSW B2B sales organization, setting and executing sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth goals. The role manages Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Account Managers, develops talent, oversees forecasts and pipeline performance, manages strategic customer relationships and commercial negotiations, and drives retention, margin, and customer service outcomes.

Support store management to drive Communications (Telco) sales and profitability through coaching, merchandising, compliance, and customer service. Deliver training, maintain merchandising standards, ensure safety and legislative compliance, assist with cash handling and POS operations, and work collaboratively within the sales team to meet store objectives.

Coordinate back-of-house store operations to ensure efficient stock flow, inbound/outbound goods, returns and invoice processing. Enforce safety and compliance, support the operations team, and deliver excellent customer service while handling complaints and stakeholder communications.

Support the store management by coaching and training the Communications team to meet sales and profitability targets; maintain merchandising standards; ensure compliance, safety, and in-store processes; provide excellent customer service and support cash handling and POS transactions.
