Manage end-to-end inside sales for JB Hi‑Fi Business: onboard clients, generate quotes, place orders, manage stock and suppliers, prospect via cold/warm calls, maintain CRM records, produce sales forecasts, and meet business KPIs while collaborating with internal teams.
