Lead and coach the store sales team to drive profitable sales growth, manage labour, inventory and controllable expenses, ensure compliance with consumer law, maintain high-quality visual merchandising, and deliver excellent customer experiences while building stakeholder relationships.

Coordinate back-of-house operations to maximise efficiency and compliance: manage inbound/outbound stock flow, returns, transfers and invoicing, ensure safety and procedural adherence, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and support stakeholder relationships to deliver excellent customer service.
