Leads Klaviyo’s entire Australia and New Zealand sales organization across Commercial and Enterprise segments. Owns revenue, customer acquisition, pipeline, forecasting, operating cadence, leadership development, hiring, performance improvement, and market representation. The role requires building and fixing sales organizations, developing frontline managers, partnering cross-functionally, strengthening sales operations, and representing Klaviyo with customers, agencies, and partners. The leader will be Sydney-based and accountable for ANZ growth, culture, and execution.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold outreach, strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and multi-channel communication. Build relationships with e-commerce brands, identify buyer needs, position Klaviyo’s value, and route leads to Account Executives. Maintain consistent outreach, contribute process insights, collaborate with the team, and use AI tools to improve workflows. The role offers a pathway into technology sales and requires resilience, curiosity, communication skills, and Australian work authorization.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams across the region, from sourcing passive candidates through closing offers. Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and serve as a company ambassador. Use analytics and AI tools to improve recruiting workflows, productivity, and decision-making while supporting ambitious hiring goals and organizational growth.

Own end-to-end deal support for APAC: advise on pricing, discounts, contract terms, and quoting; manage risk, compliance (ASC 606), cross-functional alignment, process improvements, training, and reporting using CRM/CPQ/CLM tools.

Own expansion sales with existing ANZ customers: identify whitespace, run discovery and demos, close multi-product deals across Klaviyo’s suite (Marketing, K:Service, SMS, Analytics), manage pipeline and territory growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes.

Provide high-quality product support to APAC customers via email and live chat, diagnose and resolve software and networking issues, document troubleshooting steps, support non-technical e-commerce and marketing questions, and help build AI-enabled workflows to improve support efficiency.
