Lead the strategy and execution of partner enablement across the APAC region, focusing on building partner capabilities and driving adoption of Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM platform, with hands-on involvement and team leadership responsibilities.

Qualify leads, articulate Klaviyo's value, route opportunities, and contribute to team processes. Provide high-quality product support to APAC customers via email and live chat, diagnose and resolve software and networking issues, document troubleshooting steps, support non-technical e-commerce and marketing questions, and help build AI-enabled workflows to improve support efficiency.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will manage the sales cycle for SMB prospects, from qualification to closing, while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining a high-velocity pipeline.
