Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic change and financial product implementation projects. Coordinate business and technology workstreams, Agile ceremonies, planning, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder communications, and business readiness. The role requires collaboration with business owners, analysts, developers, quality teams, and other project managers, with a focus on financial services, risk and compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Supports Investment Advisers serving high-net-worth clients by managing onboarding, account openings, portfolio administration, transfers, corporate actions, settlements, trading, records, and compliance. Handles complex client matters autonomously, prepares investment materials, resolves escalated queries, monitors client milestones, coordinates events, and mentors junior Associates. Requires strong wealth management experience, communication, organization, judgment, Microsoft Office skills, AI proficiency, and willingness to obtain RG146 accreditation.

Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice across financial services, wealth management, lending, investments, corporate transactions, governance, and commercial contracts. Draft and negotiate sophisticated agreements, advise on AFSL, AML/CTF, privacy and Corporations Act obligations, support board matters and strategic projects, and manage external counsel. Partner closely with executives to deliver pragmatic legal solutions in a global private wealth management environment.

Build and maintain platform products, internal tools, and shared services across the stack. Develop frontends, backend services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, observability, testing, and integrations. Collaborate on secure, scalable designs, support incidents, contribute documentation, and improve developer experience and platform consistency.

Lead and deliver change initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Management. Own backlog, elicit and document requirements, create sprint-ready user stories, support testing and traceability, mentor BAs, coordinate with PMs and technical teams, drive process improvements and change management, and support regulatory/compliance projects (AML). Fixed-term 12‑month contract.

Design, build, and deploy scalable, secure technology solutions across the full project lifecycle. Partner with stakeholders and Group Technology to produce architecture and integration designs, prototypes, and runbooks. Embed security by design, support testing and operational handover, evaluate platforms, and improve engineering and delivery practices to meet strategic business objectives.

The Business Analyst will translate business needs into user stories, support stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes through sprints in Wealth Management.

Support research, selection and monitoring of managed funds across asset classes. Analyse fund reports and market trends, prepare committee recommendations, assist portfolio construction, maintain due diligence and reporting, support fund administration, and contribute to sustainable investment offerings and client-facing materials.
