Manage day-to-day finance operations for a luxury resort, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit coordination, and business analysis. Oversee AP/AR/GL/payroll/income audit, prepare financial statements and variance analysis, partner with department leaders to improve profitability, and supervise and develop the finance team. Ensure compliance with Marriott policies and statutory requirements and support finance projects, system implementations, and owner/corporate reporting.

Create and execute property-level marketing and communications, with emphasis on food & beverage promotions. Manage digital, social, email and display advertising, PR, media relations, visual assets, collateral, and eCommerce alignment. Collaborate with operations, revenue and regional marketing teams to drive awareness, guest engagement and incremental revenue, and measure campaign performance.
