Partners with finance, tax, audit, and business stakeholders while providing guidance on IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements.

Leads Mastercard Cardholder Services programs across Asia Pacific markets, particularly Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include strategic planning, market development, stakeholder and client relationship management, program execution, operational escalations, billing oversight, risk mitigation, and P&L performance. The role develops roadmaps, tracks performance, identifies growth opportunities, supports upselling, and collaborates with Finance, Product, Account Management, vendors, and service providers.

Manages high-risk acquirer performance across fraud, chargebacks, approval rates, authentication, and compliance with Mastercard standards. Designs performance reports, engages customers on issues and rule violations, delivers risk optimization consulting and training, identifies fraud trends, and collaborates with product teams, regulators, banking associations, and internal stakeholders. Requires expertise in fraud management, card payments, transaction processing, scheme rules, merchant compliance, and analytical reporting.

Leads Mastercard’s Oceania receiving network commercialization strategy for cross-border remittances. Expands payout coverage, acquires and manages banks, fintechs, wallets, and receiving service providers, negotiates commercial agreements, and improves transaction performance, pricing, service quality, and partner economics. Develops remittance corridors, supports push-to-card enablement, monitors market and regulatory trends, and collaborates with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Treasury teams.

Supports Mastercard digital product execution, adoption, sales enablement, client solutioning, and market expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Provides product and platform expertise, assists with sales strategies, develops client presentations and demonstrations, analyzes market and competitor trends, contributes to pricing and positioning, and identifies product enhancements. Collaborates with product, sales, technology, and customer teams while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned consumer payment products.

Manage customer success for Mastercard’s Economics Intelligence Solutions across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include onboarding, product delivery, demos, training, customer coaching, insight presentations, support, renewals, expansion, churn prevention, and partnership with product, sales, and delivery teams. The role requires building executive-level relationships, solving customer problems, identifying product improvements, and communicating the value of economic and payments data solutions.

Assist in strengthening Program Management by providing insights on quality, financials, and project health while supporting leadership and client interactions.
