Leads Revenue Excellence for the APJ region by partnering with sales leadership to diagnose performance gaps, build scalable programs, optimize enablement through data, manage regional roadmaps, roll out global best practices, improve coaching standards, and support new-hire onboarding.

Owns technical capabilities across the APJ partner ecosystem by designing partner practices, packaged solutions, AI and automation offerings, delivery methodologies, implementation standards, and quality programs. Assesses partner readiness, drives certification and delivery quality, enables scalable enterprise deployments, and supports partner services revenue and AI/platform expansion. The role requires strong enterprise architecture, partner economics, executive engagement, and experience with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs.

Own technical wins for complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Lead discovery, architecture, demos, proofs of concept, RFPs, tenders, security reviews, and technical sales processes. Design reference architectures, integrations, and solution packages involving work management, CRM, service, AI agents, and workflow automation. Partner with customers, Sales, Product, and R&D while articulating business value and platform capabilities.
