Prepare and validate fund financials including fee billing, accruals, distributions, tax reclaims and income tax returns. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, auditor queries, and management information. Drive process improvements and support automation, RPA and AI initiatives, plus participate in system upgrades and data preparation for migrations.

Lead operational delivery of Morningstar's digital publishing program: manage publishing calendars, schedules and workflows; coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure accurate, timely publication across web, email and other channels; improve governance, automation and operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency.

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and APIs to support investment management, portfolio operations, reporting, and business workflows. Build backend services, optimise SQL and database performance, integrate systems via APIs, contribute to cloud modernization, participate in architecture and code reviews, and improve application performance, security, and maintainability while collaborating with product and investment teams.
