Lead design and product development for Toys & Hardlines from concept through production. Guide toy functionality, safety, materials, tooling, packaging, and manufacturing feasibility. Deliver brand-aligned design direction, monitor trends, support licensing execution, and manage approvals and cross-functional communication with licensees, retailers, and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Manage localisation and servicing of marketing creative for film releases. Coordinate briefings, approvals, deadlines, and distribution of paid media assets; maintain specs and asset summaries; liaise with media, creative and agencies.

Lead localisation and execution of partnership strategies for ANZ, including pitching, creative approvals, database and prize management, reporting, and trade marketing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source contra, negotiate promotional media assets, support campaigns, and coordinate fulfillment for major titles and events. Provide general marketing support and lead communication with Head Office.
