Own the post-sale lifecycle for named accounts: onboarding, AI adoption, value delivery, renewals and expansion. As an Account Executive, you will manage the sales cycle, build relationships with stakeholders, achieve sales targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth across APAC.

In this role, the manager will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, acting as a technical advisor, fostering partnerships, managing projects, and driving customer integrations with Notion's tools while shaping the Solutions Engineering function within the company.

Lead APAC integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement: adapt global launches for APAC, create original campaigns, manage content production and localization (especially Japan), deliver sales enablement, partner with regional teams, and establish AI-driven campaign operations while reporting performance and insights.
