Assist the shift Leading Hand to supervise production staff and operations. Lead site operations and P&L at the Villawood plant, driving safety, production forecasting, supply chain, quality and compliance (ISO/HACCP/GMP). Build continuous improvement and Operational Excellence culture, improve productivity and reliability, deliver products on time and to specification, and develop team capability.

Lead strategic B2B growth for Large Format Industrial Packaging by identifying and converting high-value opportunities, managing end-to-end sales lifecycle, negotiating commercial agreements, preparing tenders, and coordinating cross-functional teams to industrialise solutions. Build executive relationships, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, mentor juniors, and drive revenue, margin and long-term customer partnerships across new and existing markets.
