Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects across manufacturing sites, managing timelines, critical paths, stakeholder communication, artwork, packaging, specifications, costings, sourcing, risks, SAP master data, BOMs, and pricing. Lead project meetings and support Operations and Quality teams through successful first production runs while collaborating with customers, suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

Assist the shift Leading Hand to supervise production staff and operations. Operate and adjust machines, conduct product testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with WHS, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Quality Standards. Coordinate tasks, support continuous improvement and maintain safety and quality.

Provides site-based health, safety, environmental and sustainability support across two manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, training, coaching, performance analysis and stakeholder engagement. The role advises operational leaders and frontline teams, verifies critical controls, improves HSE systems and escalates significant risks. Regular travel between Moorebank and Ingleburn is required.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio as primary contact for enquiries, orders, amendments and post-sales issues. Support sales with quotes, reporting and pricing, liaise with supply chain and manufacturing to resolve delivery issues, maintain records in Dynamics and SAP, and conduct customer feedback/NPS to improve service.

Lead and implement HSE strategy across multiple LFIP manufacturing sites. Drive proactive safety culture, manage critical risks (machinery, LOTO, traffic, chemicals, heights), ensure WHS and environmental compliance, investigate high‑risk incidents, develop HSE systems and training, and report to senior leadership while partnering with regulators.
