Operate and adjust machines, conduct product testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with WHS, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Quality Standards. Coordinate tasks, support continuous improvement and maintain safety and quality.

Lead end-to-end business development for Large Format Industrial Packaging: identify and convert strategic opportunities, build executive relationships, manage pipelines and tenders, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with operations to industrialise solutions, and mentor junior team members to drive revenue and margin growth.

Lead and implement Pact Group's HSE strategy across LFIP sites, drive safety culture, manage critical operational risks (machinery safety, LOTO, traffic, chemicals, working at heights), ensure WHS and environmental compliance, investigate high‑risk incidents, coach site leaders, improve HSE systems and training, and report HSE performance to senior leadership.

Provide coordination and administrative support across site operations, supply chain, procurement and suppliers. Tasks include ordering raw materials, raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, monitoring inventory and stocktakes, supporting SAP data entry, assisting production scheduling, managing site consumables and facilities coordination, and preparing basic reports and admin tasks.
