Lead the technical direction, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Saviynt-based identity governance across a complex banking environment. Responsibilities include developing workflows, integrations, connectors, provisioning and reconciliation processes; improving joiner, mover, and leaver automation; establishing development and release standards; supporting upgrades and transformation initiatives; and mentoring cybersecurity colleagues.

Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time, including timesheets, calculations, employee changes, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and compliance. Respond to employee and manager queries, maintain payroll and HR records, support system upgrades and process improvements, and monitor legislative changes. The role requires collaboration with People & Culture, Finance, the ATO, superannuation funds, and auditors in a high-volume environment.
