Create high-performing paid social content (short-form video and static assets) for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Build a steady creative pipeline, iterate based on performance data, own end-to-end production (ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing), appear on camera when needed, and contribute to creative strategy while ensuring legal compliance for ads.

Own end-to-end feature delivery across a TypeScript/Next.js and Node/Supabase stack. Lead design, architecture, and cross-team initiatives; write design docs; review code; mentor engineers; manage operational health, compliance, and quality for healthcare prescription workflows across multiple jurisdictions.

Partnering with the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant manages BAS and corporate tax compliance, payroll and payroll-tax integrity, GL hygiene, intercompany and multi-currency adjustments, supports NZ/UK regional finance, assists audits and R&D tax inputs, prepares management reporting and cashflow forecasting, and helps design financial architecture, policies, and SOPs.

Manage end-to-end UGC production for paid social: source and onboard creators, write briefs and scripts, run production and revisions, ensure TGA/regulatory compliance, deliver edited and raw assets, and report asset performance to support scalable paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
