Senior Solution Engineer supporting pre-sales for ERP/database ecosystems (SAP required). Engage customers and Sales, scope solutions, coordinate delivery/product teams, present technical value, and support global sales with ~25% travel.

Lead global Product Services delivery teams to plan, resource, and execute enterprise implementations, managed services, and support. Drive PMO discipline, operational metrics, vendor partnerships, AI/automation adoption, and client-facing incident response (including security escalations) while improving delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead and grow the APAC Solution Engineer team to support sales; articulate Rimini Street solutions for SAP/Oracle, drive proposals, engage C-level clients, partner with sales and delivery, ensure solution quality and close deals. Travel required.

Lead and grow a sales development team to deliver qualified leads for ANZ sales goals. Build outbound prospecting campaigns, hire/train reps, align with sales and marketing, coach individuals, report on lead/quota attainment, and adopt best-practice technologies and methodologies to drive pipeline generation.
