Design end-to-end, standards-compliant telecom networks across IP/MPLS, Transmission, Fibre, and Radio. Produce HLD/LLD, schematics, BOMs and configs; validate inventory and capacity; act as technical lead through order lifecycle; collaborate with Planning, Provisioning, Build and Project teams; resolve design issues; maintain as-built records; conduct peer reviews; mentor junior designers; and drive continuous improvement while complying with HSE policies.

Design and document outside plant (OSP) telecommunications networks using Optus live systems. Prepare area plans, detailed designs, field inspection reports, and approvals. Provision, modify and decommission services for direct line, multi-line, voice and IP-VPN products. Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of customer service orders, solicit feedback, and support process and design-rule improvements.

Own approved network designs and deliver service activations across fibre, transport, and IP networks. Plan, configure, test, commission, and validate services; coordinate with field engineers, NOC, customers and vendors; perform troubleshooting, rollbacks, inventory updates, handovers, and post-activation support. Work shift patterns and contribute to process improvements and HSE compliance.
