Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams while using AI tools to improve research, sequencing, and sales operations.

Own the launch-to-scale lifecycle for Rokt Ads advertisers in ANZ, including onboarding, account planning, performance reviews, churn prevention, senior stakeholder management, escalations, investment negotiation, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Solutions, Analytics, Operations, and Product to remove blockers. Build repeatable customer success playbooks and support the development of newer CSMs.
