Lead Rubrik’s ANZ enterprise sales organization, manage and coach Sales Executives, achieve regional revenue targets, build pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, oversee forecasting, and contribute to APJ sales strategy and enablement. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales leadership, hands-on pipeline generation experience, MEDDPICC expertise, and the ability to coach teams selling complex cloud, backup, datacenter, and security solutions.

Leads complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and executive stakeholders. Builds and refines PMO governance, delivery methodologies, workflows, KPIs, capacity planning, and reporting processes. Mentors project managers, drives continuous improvement, and serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.

Sets global cloud architecture standards, serves as the senior technical escalation point for strategic multi-cloud engagements, and advises executive customers. Leads complex architecture workshops, develops reference architectures and automation, mentors architects, influences product roadmaps, and improves professional services scoping and delivery. Requires deep AWS and Azure expertise, strong cloud security, data protection, automation, and enterprise architecture experience, with occasional travel.
