Own enterprise bookings growth in Sydney by acquiring new logos, expanding existing accounts, generating pipeline, managing strategic opportunities, and exceeding quota. Develop territory sales plans, prospect and close complex IT infrastructure and SaaS deals, present solutions in data center environments, and collaborate with sales engineering, development, distributors, VARs, and channel partners. Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities while operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Lead Rubrik’s ANZ enterprise sales organization, manage and coach Sales Executives, achieve regional revenue targets, build pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, oversee forecasting, and contribute to APJ sales strategy and enablement. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales leadership, hands-on pipeline generation experience, MEDDPICC expertise, and the ability to coach teams selling complex cloud, backup, datacenter, and security solutions.

Sets global cloud architecture standards, serves as the senior technical escalation point for strategic multi-cloud engagements, and advises executive customers. Leads complex architecture workshops, develops reference architectures and automation, mentors architects, influences product roadmaps, and improves professional services scoping and delivery. Requires deep AWS and Azure expertise, strong cloud security, data protection, automation, and enterprise architecture experience, with occasional travel.
