Own and refine demand forecasts across multiple horizons, lead monthly Demand Review and S&OP contributions, analyze forecast accuracy and bias, support new product launches and phase-outs, reconcile variances, surface risks, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver reliable supply forecasts.

Own category strategy and lifecycle for assigned product lines: range planning, product launches, pricing, trade marketing, retailer engagement, and commercial performance. Drive cross-functional alignment using consumer and market insights to optimise SKU assortment, improve sell-through, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations including onboarding/offboarding, employment documentation, probation reviews, HRIS data integrity, fortnightly payroll processing for Australia and Europe, payroll reconciliations and compliance, HR reporting, and continuous process improvements to reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency.

Lead global distributor sales strategy and execution for revenue and margin targets. Build distributor partnerships, manage contracts and compliance, provide forecasting inputs, lead regional sales teams, identify market expansion, oversee inventory and promotions, and report performance to senior leadership.
