Manage strategic enterprise accounts across APAC, helping customers maximize value from Sigma’s analytics platform. Drive net dollar retention through adoption, upselling, cross-selling, churn reduction, and success planning. Build relationships with stakeholders, provide analytics guidance, advocate for customer needs, and deliver training, webinars, and workshops. The role requires SaaS or analytics experience, strong communication and analytical skills, account growth expertise, and familiarity with SQL, data visualization, cloud analytics platforms, ETL, and production BI solutions.

Manage technical presales activities for enterprise customers, including discovery workshops, solution prototypes, customized demonstrations, webinars, and RFP/RFI responses. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to communicate the business value of Sigma’s cloud business intelligence platform. Advise customers on integrations, data migration, databases, cloud data warehouses, and ETL while managing multiple engagements and meeting sales objectives.
