Supports Index Committee chairpersons through meeting preparation, documentation, record-keeping, quarterly rebalancings, methodology reviews, index launches, consultations, and methodology implementations. Maintains audit trails and governance documentation, ensures compliance with policies, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, and improves workflows using technology and artificial intelligence tools.

Manage relationships with sell-side research providers in Australia/New Zealand, train research teams on Visible Alpha consensus data, create adoption campaigns, and collaborate with sales and product specialists to monetize investment research content.
