The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex scientific and analytical instrumentation, while delivering excellent customer service across Australasia.

Lead APAC commercial strategy and sales organisation to drive revenue, market expansion and profitability. Coach country leaders, manage distributors and channel partners, oversee forecasting, pricing and operational rigour, and represent APAC in global leadership.

The Sales Specialist will manage sales of portable analytical instruments, assist customers, and travel as needed to support business in the Western region.

The Sales Specialist will work independently, selling portable analytical instruments across various industries with an emphasis on customer service and technical knowledge. Travel may be required.
