Technical lead responsible for designing and owning scalable, resilient cloud systems for conversational search and content intelligence. Build event-driven architectures, embed DevSecOps, optimize CI/CD and AWS costs, guide Generative AI/RAG integrations, write Node.js/TypeScript backend services, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to balance delivery and architectural health.

Design, build, and operate resilient, secure, cost-efficient cloud backend services for conversational search and content intelligence. Own distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps, FinOps, and integrate Generative AI/RAG workflows (e.g., AWS Bedrock) using Node.js/TypeScript on AWS.

Design and implement SDLC observability pipelines using GitLab, Jira, AWS, Confluence, Cloudflare, and Dynatrace; build dashboards and KQIs (Change Failure Rate, Regression Rate, Release Failure Rate, Code Review Depth); analyze engineering practices to identify bottlenecks; partner with engineering leadership to embed quality telemetry and drive process maturity.
