Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to Microsoft CSP and AWS partners, including onboarding, provisioning, billing, troubleshooting, ticket escalation, and AI service adoption. Contribute to cloud migrations, implementations, documentation, training, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with solution architects and global support teams, maintain service desk records, ensure program compliance, and participate in an on-call roster.

Owns end-to-end B2B event management and builds scalable go-to-market engagement programs across ANZ. Responsibilities include standardizing event processes, managing suppliers and budgets, launching recurring webinars, creating an on-demand content library, developing registration and nurture journeys, coordinating stakeholders, and using HubSpot to track campaigns, leads, engagement, and reporting. The role supports Channel Marketing Managers with repeatable, measurable vendor activation infrastructure.

Serve as the technical face of the Microsoft practice: design and present Modern Work, Security, and Copilot solutions; run envisioning workshops and webinars; enable and mentor reseller partners; drive partner programs, funded engagements, and certifications across ANZ.
