Provide sales support and customer service for Cloud Distribution Sales: onboard partners, generate quotes and sales orders, manage quote-to-cash activities, liaise with Finance/Credit/Compliance, and report on vendor-focused customer success operations during an 8-month maternity cover.

Manage end-to-end vendor-funded marketing administration: claim submission, supplier onboarding, evidence collection, reconciliation of MDF in SAP with Power BI, and maintain master funding/claims database and program process documentation. Ensure timely payments, traceability from campaign sign-off to financial close, and support stakeholders across marketing, procurement and finance.

Provide sales support and customer service through inbound/outbound contact, analyse sales performance and pricing, manage partner/vendor relationships, process quotes and sales orders, and recommend improvements to sales processes and efficiency.

Manage channel and product marketing for AWS vendors through Tech Data, executing account-based and digital B2B campaigns, managing MDF/co-op, reporting via Marcomms platforms, and delivering MQL/SQL and ROI outcomes with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead and implement AWS sales and enablement programs to drive revenue and partner engagement. Coordinate marketing, sales training, pre-sales support, vendor relationships, and performance monitoring to meet AWS sales targets and maximize profitability.

Design and architect end-to-end unified communications solutions (voice, meetings, messaging, contact centre). Provide hands-on technical presales support, align with vendor engineering teams, maintain vendor certifications, build partner-ready packaged offerings, and create reusable deployment guides and integration patterns.

Serve as the technical face of the Microsoft practice: design and present Modern Work, Security, and Copilot solutions; run envisioning workshops and webinars; enable and mentor reseller partners; drive partner programs, funded engagements, and certifications across ANZ.
