Lead performance strategy for Teads’ native, display, and CTV advertising products across Australia and New Zealand. Partner with Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Publishing to develop pitches, support RFPs, optimize campaign strategies, interpret performance metrics, and grow performance budgets. Act as the subject-matter expert for agencies, brands, trading desks, and internal teams while educating stakeholders on programmatic performance trends and commercial opportunities.

Act as a strategic growth partner to ANZ web publishers, owning partner lifecycle from technical pre-sales and onboarding to yield optimization, troubleshooting, feature adoption, retention, and revenue expansion through data-driven programmatic strategies.

Manage end-to-end digital, video, display, and programmatic advertising campaigns across the ANZ market. Responsibilities include campaign setup, tagging, delivery tracking, optimization, troubleshooting, data integrity, SLA compliance, performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting. The role collaborates with sales, agency trading desks, creative, operations, and insights teams while translating campaign data into actionable client updates and recommendations.
