Jobs at Telnyx

Build and deploy production software, AI voice assistants, LLM applications, and communications integrations for enterprise customers across APAC. Architect solutions, operate LLM infrastructure, create RAG pipelines, deploy containerized services on Kubernetes, troubleshoot APIs and real-time communications systems, and lead projects from discovery through production launch. The role also owns customer outcomes, creates documentation, partners with Product and Engineering, and addresses regional data residency, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Own a named enterprise-account territory across Australia and New Zealand, build executive relationships, generate pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle through close and expansion. Sell Telnyx connectivity, communications, and AI solutions to technical and business buyers, partnering with a Forward Deployed Engineer on architectures and POCs. Establish local references, maintain disciplined POC execution, forecast accurately, and help define the enterprise sales playbook for ANZ.

Own and expand an APAC sales territory, building pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, closing high-value customers, delivering platform demonstrations, developing strategic relationships, and exceeding revenue targets. The role requires enterprise software sales experience, consultative selling, accurate forecasting, and the ability to engage C-level, product, and IT stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

The Account Executive will drive Telnyx's sales expansion in the APAC region, focusing on customer acquisition, fostering relationships, and meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced, remote environment.
