Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple pay frequencies and employment types. Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, taxation, and superannuation requirements. Manage payroll controls, audits, reporting, governance, and risk mitigation. Lead and develop the payroll team, resolve complex stakeholder issues, and drive payroll system enhancements, testing, process improvement, and operational excellence.
