Lead end-to-end IT service delivery and continuous improvement for warehouse and transport operations. Oversee daily IT operations, act as primary escalation point, partner with stakeholders and vendors, track performance and KPIs, coordinate ITSM-driven service improvements, and communicate incidents, changes and initiatives. Requires regular site visits and occasional domestic/international travel.

Lead mobilisation and delivery of rotary-wing maintenance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, tooling/GSE delivery, technical leadership, documentation control, change management, workforce capability development, and aviation safety oversight for AW139 operations.

Coordinate tooling and ground support equipment for a rotary-wing fleet: manage orders, inventory, procurement, supplier liaison, inspections, and corrective actions to support maintenance schedules and aircraft airworthiness under OEM and CASA procedures.

Lead daily warehouse and distribution centre operations at the Kemps Creek Amazon site, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery. Manage resources, WMS-driven labour optimisation, customer relationships, and continuous improvement while meeting performance, safety and financial targets.

Analyse transport, fleet, and logistics data to produce dashboards, KPI reporting and insights that improve fleet utilisation, on-time delivery, route performance, cost efficiency, and contract compliance. Support forecasting, root-cause analysis, data reconciliation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with operations, fleet, contract teams and IT.

Perform and certify fixed-wing aircraft maintenance under CASA Part 66 privileges, handle scheduled and AOG tasks, plan maintenance logistics, troubleshoot defects, supervise and mentor staff, ensure compliant documentation and safety, support flight-line and deployed operations, and maintain tooling/calibration standards.

Lead site quality and compliance for consumer healthcare, personal care and cosmetics operations. Maintain ISO 9001/GMP/QMS compliance, support customer audits, investigate incidents, implement CAPAs, deliver training, drive continuous improvement, monitor quality KPIs and partner with operations to strengthen quality culture.

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, use WMS to receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch Defence equipment; maintain safety, inventory accuracy, site cleanliness and compliance with Defence regulations while supporting operational targets.

Lead and mature enterprise threat intelligence and hunting capabilities; conduct advanced threat assessments; translate intelligence into remediation; partner with government and industry peers; deliver executive reporting; and mentor a high-performing cyber intelligence team.
