Lead administration, programming, maintenance, and commissioning of enterprise-scale physical security systems across APAC. Implement Genetec, Traka, and IDEMIA integrations, perform upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and support commissioning for new builds. Coordinate vendors and stakeholders, drive standardization, and participate in regional on-call support and travel (<25%).

Technical lead for APAC physical security systems lifecycle: administer, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and standardise Genetec-based access control, video, biometric and key management systems; lead commissioning, vendor coordination, documentation, and regional support including on-call rotation and project delivery.

Lead regional civil, structural and architectural design for APAC data center projects. Own the full design lifecycle, set standards and KPIs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants, support procurement and delivery, promote BIM/modular/low-carbon approaches, mentor regional teams, and manage design risks, cost and schedule impacts.

Lead and execute Vantage's APAC public policy strategy, manage government and regulatory engagement, build and lead a regional policy team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage third-party advocates, ensure compliance with lobbying and anti-corruption laws, translate policy risks into business actions, and support sustainable, community-aligned growth across APAC markets.

Lead renewable energy and cleantech strategy across APAC, originating and negotiating PPAs and utility agreements. Develop behind-the-meter campus energy solutions (solar, wind, BESS, hydrogen, microgrids), manage grid and utility relations, and drive project delivery from development through commercial operation while aligning energy strategy with growth, sustainability and customer needs.
