Serves as the primary on-site contact for WeWork members and guests. Manages the front desk, provides welcoming customer service, supports events and member engagement, promotes services, processes mail and packages, manages keys and keycards, communicates building updates, and helps maintain efficient building operations. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills, along with hospitality or customer service experience.

Responsibilities include handling mail and packages, managing keys and access cards, communicating policies and updates, resolving member needs, supporting events, and ensuring shared spaces remain organized and operational.

Manages regional facilities contracts, vendor performance, contract renewals, procurement processes, budgets, audits, and purchase-to-pay governance across Australia and Southeast Asia. Leads operational system rollouts, process standardization, reporting, ROI analysis, and change initiatives. Partners with Procurement, Legal, Operations, Facilities, and vendors to ensure commercial compliance, service quality, data integrity, and consistent operational execution across multiple sites.
