Lead customer engagements as a technical architect for Workato integrations and automations. Design architectures, run requirements sessions, advise on testing, production readiness, post-live optimizations, and provide knowledge transfer. Evangelize Workato and MCP-based patterns, advise on AI/agentic automation adoption and change management, and produce thought leadership and enablement content.

Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows on the Workato platform. Build scalable RAG/LLM pipelines, integrate with enterprise apps, troubleshoot AI-driven architectures, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, and contribute to product development and knowledge sharing.

Sell Workato's enterprise integration platform into large ANZ accounts. Build and execute territory plans, pursue new business, work with SDRs and partners, and close complex, C-level deals to meet quota.

The Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring clients derive maximum value from Workato's services. Responsibilities include managing key accounts and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Serve as strategic Sales Operations partner to the VP APAC and regional GTM leaders on a 6-month contract. Translate strategy into operating plans, own territory and quota design, run forecast cadences, build dashboards, ensure data governance across Salesforce and BI tools, coordinate cross-functional alignment, design compensation/SPIFFs, and lead operational initiatives to improve seller productivity and forecast accuracy across APAC, ANZ, and Asia.

Lead and scale Workato's ANZ sales organization from Sydney; own GTM strategy, coach and manage Enterprise and Commercial AEs, recruit and develop talent, drive partner alignment and revenue growth across the region.
