Jobs at Workyard

Build and own customer-facing products end to end, from discovery and data modeling through development, release, measurement, and iteration. Work primarily across React and Laravel on AWS, with native mobile applications. Partner with product managers and customers to simplify contractor workflows involving time tracking, payroll, compliance, and job costs. Make product and technical tradeoffs, prototype rapidly with AI tools, review code, and help shape engineering practices.

Own strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption for one or more product lines. Run regular customer discovery, build prototypes, define success metrics, partner closely with engineers, own GTM collateral and pricing input, and measure adoption post-release to iterate.
