The Finance Manager - M&A Integration is responsible for leading the integration of a recently acquired SaaS company into Xero’s finance operations. This role involves project management, financial planning, overseeing balance sheet accounting, month-end close processes, and workforce planning. The manager will also collaborate with various teams, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Provide exceptional administrative support to the Manager of the CEO Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and support, coordinating travel and events, managing budgets, and handling ad hoc duties and requests from the office of the CEO.

The Marketing Technology Manager at Xero will be responsible for building and managing the marketing technology stack to drive ROI and deliver hyper-personalized marketing at scale. This includes configuring, delivering, and integrating SaaS tools for global media buying, conversion rate optimization, and SEO efforts.
