The SOC Analyst manages security incidents, monitors security systems, coordinates incident response, documents events, conducts post-incident reviews, and recommends risk-reduction improvements. The role provides security guidance to stakeholders, oversees central security services, reviews architecture and designs, manages vulnerability platforms, supports SIEM/SOAR and security tooling, and maintains relationships with security authorities. Expertise is required across cloud security, PKI, email security, antivirus, application scanning, AWS, Linux, Windows, IIS, and Kubernetes.

Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions on GCP using services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run. Translate business requirements into technical architectures, develop data and integration solutions, and communicate designs to stakeholders. Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, multi-cloud environments, GCP certifications, and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe.

Provide end-to-end test environment consultation, develop environment management strategies, map and monitor test environments, coordinate enterprise releases, and support incident, problem, and service request resolution. The role requires extensive experience with IT service management processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA. ITIL certification is preferred.

Leads governance and technical advancement of the Appian platform. Oversees architecture, design and code reviews, development standards, integrations, testing, release governance, production readiness, incident triage, root cause analysis, and platform stability. Partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure workflow solutions while supporting Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Develop Linux applications and system software across RHEL and related distributions. Responsibilities require Bash and Python scripting, C/C++ programming, Linux kernel and system concepts, networking, file systems, process management, system administration, Git, CI/CD, debugging, and software development best practices.

Develop and maintain secure cloud applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.
