職務内容についてアソシエイト・プロデューサーとして、アニメ共同製作チームのシニア・プロデューサーに報告します。

このポジションは、プロデューサーおよびシニア・プロデューサーと密接に連携し、製作パートナー企業との協業によるアニメコンテンツの共同開発・製作を担っていただきます。
ミッションは、魅力的なストーリーと高品質なアニメーションを通じて、世界中から新規ファンを獲得し、継続的な関心を維持すること、そしてグローバルなアニメコミュニティに新たなジャンルを紹介する作品を創出することにあります。
本ポジションは、共同製作の強力なプロジェクトの発掘・確保を支援し、クランチロールのラインナップが視聴率向上、新規購読者の獲得、および収益成長を促進するよう貢献します。さらに、各プロジェクトの成功を確実にするため、米国内外のマーケティング部門やコンシューマープロダクツ部門を含む他部署と連携していただきます。
この業務には、コンテンツ製作と権利管理に関する実務知識が必須です。
主な担当業務- 製作委員会に、クランチロールのマーケティング戦略・収益化戦略、視聴者動向、サブライセンス状況について報告する。
- 製作委員会にマーケティング・プロモーション計画、IP、ライツの使用、消費者向け商品企画について承認を得る。
- 共同製作作品の素材を管理・調整し、必要に応じて米国のマーケティング部門およびその他の社内チームに適時サポートを提供する。
- 製作委員会とクランチロールとの間で、明確かつ正確な意思疎通を図るため、主要な資料の翻訳を行う。
- 実務経験2年以上（アニメ業界での経験があれば尚可）
- アニメコンテンツ制作および権利管理の経験
- 高い創造性と主体性を持ち、固定概念にとらわらず、新しく効率的な手順を実行する能力を備えている。
- 共同製作作品の素材を管理・調整の経験
- 高い組織力を有し、マルチタスクをこなしながら、タイトなスケジュール内に、優先順位をつけて業務を遂行できる能力。
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有している。
クランチロールはコンテンツの取得で広く認知されている一方、日本のアニメ業界においても重要な流通・投資パートナーとしての地位を確立しています。コープロダクションチームはコンテンツチームの一部門であり、アニメ作品の製作において外部パートナーとの協業に注力しています。同チームの戦略的焦点は、クランチロールのタイトルラインナップを強化し、サービス提供地域全体におけるアニメ市場の成長に貢献することにあります。
