Job Summary
As a participant in the Find Your Fit in Corporate Programs, you will hear from employees about their experiences and have the opportunity to deep dive into the various programs to learn what it's like working across the infrastructure functions within an investment bank. You can also look forward to taking away great tips on how you could be successful in the programs. The virtual event is scheduled for Tuesday, 19 th August, 2025.

By participating in the event, you will gain insights into the following Corporate Programs:
Corporate Analyst Development Program
As part of the Corporate Analyst Development Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your foundational skills within one of our lines of business or corporate functions, in one of three core business disciplines: Analytics, Project Management and Process Improvement. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across various lines of business to drive growth, innovation and strategy, ensure operational effectiveness, manage risk and maintain our global reputation for excellence. You will gain insight into various phases of key business projects and initiatives across the firm and see how our businesses come together to serve our clients around the world.
Human Resource Analyst Development Program
As part of the Human Resource Analyst Development Program, you'll learn traditional Human Resource practices, spanning recruiting, talent development, compensation, employee relations, and more. You'll also be immersed in cutting-edge, next-generation HR capabilities, including data literacy, design thinking, and other commercial skills. You'll have the opportunity to build your network, interact with senior leaders, expand your professional skills and gain experience in a diverse environment. The program is designed to give you an exceptional foundation that will set you up for success for the rest of your HR career.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027 from bachelor's or master's program
  • A desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business
  • A well-rounded academic background
  • Enthusiasm for financial services
