Overview

P&G ANZ is offering a select number of students to join us through a Summer Internship Program that runs from Dec-2025 to Jan-2026, for both our Sydney and Melbourne offices. During the program, you will be assigned a real-life business project across one or more of our functions to give you a chance to make a meaningful impact, immerse yourself in our empowering culture, and kickstart your career in becoming an outstanding leader.

No two intern project briefs are the same and will involve one or more of the following business functions:

  • Brand/Marketing Management
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Product Supply/Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Sales

A successful internship grants you the opportunity to join us as a full-time permanent employee.

Responsibilities

With the support of your team and the wider business, through both formal and informal coaching and mentorship throughout the program, you are expected to deliver on the following items:

  • Mid-term Review (a halfway check-in on your project delivery progress, which you are to present to your manager and business leaders)
  • Social engagement project (you will be assigned an internal/external facing social project, separate to your project briefing, which will be assigned by your HR mentor)
  • Final-term Review (a conclusion to your project briefing and the deliverables, which you are to present to your manager and business leaders)

Job Qualifications

Pre-requisites

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen and Permanent Resident

  • Penultimate or Final-Year University Student

  • Available to work full-time as an intern from 1 December 2025 to 30 January 2026.

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
