About the program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors / graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

  • Attend orientation where you’ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
  • Receive training designed to help you succeed
  • Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people

About the division

Our Corporate Advisory teams deliver high-quality strategic advice and creative financing solutions to our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions.

We pride ourselves in our resourcefulness and work on a variety of initiatives. On any given day, our work could include advising a company on a cross-border merger, structuring the initial public offering of a subsidiary, refinancing an outstanding bond and more.
