Job DescriptionOur 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you the foundation to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career.
From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in Turner & Townsend - building networks, learning how our business works, and gaining real industry experience. Your structured development plan will introduce you to the technical and commercial skills needed to grow, supported by your peers and manager.
Learning goes beyond on‑the‑job experience. You’ll receive a mix of technical and behavioural training delivered by both experienced professionals and peers, helping you build confidence and capability. We also support professional qualifications through leading industry bodies.
As part of our Advisory team, you’ll help deliver major programmes that create positive impact across communities and industries. You will work across a number of different disciplines including Strategy & Transformation, Digital & Data and Sustainability. You’ll gain experience across sectors such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Energy.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting the set-up of programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and external environments.
- Working alongside leading industry practitioners to deliver client-specific strategies.
- Laying the foundations for major capital investment delivery.
- Supporting the integration and operation of business functions throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Reporting and interpreting data to support decision making.

- Have completed an undergraduate degree after October 2023, or expect to complete your final subject by December 2026, including any internships or work experience placements required for graduation
- Are available to commence full time work in February 2027
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident or are eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa
- Have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
