Company Description

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. We are a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.  We pride ourselves on connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful work and delivering exceptional service to our clients nationwide.

Job Description

We are continuing to expand our Permanent Recruitment Team and are now seeking an experienced Recruiter to specialise in either Allied Health or Home Care. Reporting to our Sydney based Recruitment Manager (Permanent Workforce), you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, partnering with clients, and delivering high-quality permanent placements across Australia.

This role offers flexibility in how you work, what you specialise in, and how you build your desk — with the backing of a national healthcare organisation of almost 1,000 employees.

Your role will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates across Allied Health or Home Care
  • Managing the end-to-end permanent recruitment process, from job brief through to placement
  • Proactively sourcing, engaging and placing candidates, supported by a strong international candidate pipeline
  • Developing and growing your desk through business development and account management
  • Partnering with internal HCA teams to help open doors, generate leads and build long-term client relationships

Depending on your focus:

  • Medical Imaging recruiters will have the opportunity to build and run a dedicated desk
  • Allied Health recruiters will work alongside a dedicated perm recruiter and a dedicated locum recruiter, improving coverage and workload balance.
  • Home Care recruiters will have access to HCA’s large direct care business, giving you strong internal relationships and warm client entry points.

Let’s talk about you!

You’re an experienced recruiter or sales professional who enjoys owning a desk, building relationships and delivering results. You’re commercially minded, thrive in a candidate-driven market, and enjoy working in a role that gives you both autonomy and support.

Experience recruiting within Allied Health, Home Care, Aged Care or Healthcare is key, as will the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once.

Most importantly, you’re motivated by helping people find meaningful work while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Bring your passion to Healthcare Australia and be rewarded with:

  • Birthday leave – your special paid day off
  • BUPA private health insurance discount – 7%
  • Flexible hybrid working, combining work-from-home days with a modern, comfortable office on Elizabeth Street.
  • The backing of a national healthcare organisation with almost 1,000 employees across recruitment, health services, home care, allied health, education and NDIS
  • HCA is on an accelerated growth path, giving you long-term career and earning opportunities

To be part of a brand with heart — helping connect people to meaningful work in healthcare apply today.  If you have any questions, please contact Carly Currie on [email protected].

Veterans are encouraged to apply. At HCA we are committed to embracing diversity and providing a safe working environment.
