The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you engage in data analysis and contribute to client projects using tools like Python and SQL. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You also develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- Demonstrating experience with Python, R, or SAS
- Familiarity with Java, C++/C#, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx
- Understanding advanced AI/machine learning techniques
- Possessing knowledge of financial services industry
- Exposure to credit risk, market risk modeling
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv pricing tools

The salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $78,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
