As Account Coordinator, you’ll kick start your career in the media and advertising industry. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll support with the delivery of campaigns and client communication whilst building your knowledge on the fundamentals of business-to-business media planning and buying. Your work and team will expose you to best practices whilst you learn on the job, enabling you to build a strong understanding of the AU media and advertising landscape.


This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid model in Sydney.


Core responsibilities:


  • Support the planning, setup, activation and ongoing management of media campaigns across key B2B clients, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, research and insights, helping the team analyse results and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, media partners and internal teams, supporting day-to-day communications and project coordination.
  • Contribute to media planning, presentations and client deliverables, while developing knowledge of media channels, industry tools and campaign best practices.
  • Provide operational support including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, documentation and other administrative tasks that underpin successful campaign delivery.

  • Organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive communicator who is keen to build strong relationships and confidently collaborate with clients, media partners and internal teams.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in media, advertising and understanding how campaigns work.
  • Interested in developing your analytical skills and working with data, reporting and campaign performance metrics, turning insights into action.
  • A positive, motivated team player who demonstrates initiative, takes ownership of tasks and is willing to get stuck in when support is needed.
